  Big Update
NewsWe are getting pretty close to our first release now. I've been doing quite a bit of work in these final stages and I've finally done something I've been meaning to do for awhile now-set us up a YouTube channel. For now it's pretty much empty but look for some stuff to be popping up there soon.

To make room for the link on the sub-header, I've "streamlined" the NIN.com Gallery links so it work the same as our Discussion Thread links, with a link category page that will take you to either page. I probably should've done this before, but it only occurred to me now.

Our Twitter Icon has changed again, partly to match our YouTube channel's picture, and partly because the "Wave Goodbye" logo is no longer a major graphical element in our project-it really hasn't been for awhile now, again this is something I probably should've changed earlier.

Lastly, big piece of news-the screening of AVOTT Gift in Kansas City is OFFICIALLY HAPPENING: NIN.com Thread. We're still working out what our presence will be at the event, but we hope to at least be handing out flyers and such and possibly some more interesting items such as buttons, magnets, stickers, etc. We may possibly even be giving away some COPIES OF THE FIRST DVD!!

There's also a little something else in the works that I can't really talk about right now. ;)

Survey for Starlight Theatre Screening of AVOTT GIFT
NewsHelp make this event happen! Take this survey.

By April 3rd who knows we might already have the NIN portion of our project completed but still it'd be great if they'd screen a preview of it for us as part of the event-if not we'll still be attending and likely promoting our project with flyers and such, in fact we'll see about creating some downloadable flyers for you guys to hand out for us, how about that?

I'm not sure if I'll personally be able to attend but I'll try my damnedest to figure out a way to get there if this happens!

In other news, we've updated our FAQ Section.

  YourWorldonFire.net
NewsThanks to a generous contribution from our editor to cover the $10 for domain registration (which I could not afford so well on my own salary)-we now have a proper domain address: YourWorldonFire.net! Now you can tell all your friends about us without having to write the site address down for them or explain how the "deejaygamer" part is spelled out. lol

As you can probably see by using this address it redirects directly to this site (as it should). I am however going to look into a way to have our site address "masked" in such a way that it all looks like a proper stand-alone website and everything.

Also, obviously Your World on Fire refers specifically to the Nine Inch Nails portion of the "NIN|JA Kansas City DVD" project-we may in the future register additional domains, as little as a ninjakcdvd.com or as much as specific ones covering the respective Street Sweeper Social Club and Jane's Addiction portions of the project-but we don't really see that as being quite as necessary. The main reason for the domain name is to make our site address simpler and easier to remember and share with others-sure ninjakcdvd.com would have been more all-encompassing but it's really just a complex set of acronyms that anyone who hasn't followed our project very long probably will be able to remember.

Anyway, most of you probably don't need to have that all explained but I just like to do that anyway. In any case, this is what I'd consider to be a big moment for our project-and it's only our first step towards some awesome new stuff to come. As always, stay tuned!
