You may have noticed a poll on the right-hand side of this website asking what your favorite song was from the first half of the Nine Inch Nails set. If you haven't registered for this site you probably couldn't see it but trust me it was there. :p
There are three main problems with PHP Fusion's poll system:
#1-It's only open to members of the site.
#2-It's limited to a maximum of ten choices.
#3-Allowing multiple answers is not an option.
phpBB has a very flexible polling system right out of the box. There is a default limit of 10 options but that can be changed through the admin panel (although the option is slightly tricky to find). You can also allow for more than one answer- which was very useful for our bonus feature song poll (which we may do again because we lost the original results when deejaygamer.com apparently got hacked). Right now though we're only asking the question we were trying to ask on our site already- What was your favorite performance from Nine Inch Nails' set?
You can access the poll forum (which only has this one question so far) here.
I've also set up a general discussion forum for the project here. It requires you to be a registered user of deejaygamer.com (if you're registered on this site, your login won't work there-sorry) to post. I have no idea how much use it'll get if any but I figured it wouldn't do much harm and it'd get more use out of the custom style/theme I'd created for the YWOF section of the deejaygamer.com forums.
As for the current status of the project-our editor is having lots of stuff going on right now in his "real life" but the edits for Street Sweeper Social Club and Jane's Addiction aren't off his to-do list so we'll still be seeing that from him sometime in the future.
We're still looking for more footage from those parts of the show as well as the NIN part of the show so be sure to contact us if you have any. We're also about to get to work on some of our extra feature bonus songs as well. We plan on posting those videos to YouTube as soon as each is completed so you won't have to wait for the "official release" to see them. The hardest part will be gathering permissions from the various YouTube users who posted footage of the various performances-although I suppose the cataloging process is slightly more tedious actually. lol
